New York weather is crazy. You go to bed while it's raining and snowing at the same time and wake up to sunshine and it's 66 degrees. So when planning my outfits for days out, layers are the way to go. I really just wanted to share this OOTD from the other day because maybe it's a bit much, but I'm a little obsessed with it.
If you know me or follow me, then you know I love my Tommy and denim. Lately, I've also loved pops of red. I'm lucky enough to be a brand ambassador for WallFlower Jeans. I have a thing for 'fun' jeans, you know something with a little trendy flair like fringed ankles, two tone colors, or in this case the dark seam down the front and asymmetrically cut ankles. My jacket is actually my dad's from when he was really young so it's one of my favorite things to wear. It has these huge inside pockets, so I rarely need to use a purse when I go out in it. However, I wanted to make this look pop a little more so to match the red on the shoes and tee, I added my thrifted (no brand) crossbody. Another thrifted fave, these Joshua Sanders NY platform sneaks. They're the perfect mix of preppy, sporty, and fun - totally my style!
