Bright colors, big sleeves, color blocking, fringe, stripes & poms - what I call fun sweaters!
These are some of my all-time favorite sweaters and more that I'm just crushing on from afar.
My new Lou & Grey sweaters are my latest obsessions inspiring this post.
The Chevron Tunic Sweater is like wearing the softest cloud in the sky on a sunny day (I have it in the pretty orchid color) and the neon fuscia sweater is just super fun! Both new on sale ;)
'Fun sweaters' are essential in my wardrobe. Throwing one on with jeans, leggings, or front tucked in a skirt will make your daily outfits très chic!

Stocking Stuffers & More Under $10

It's the most wonderful shopping time of the year! Stocking stuffer gift guides are my absolute fave because I love the idea of filling up a mason jar, cute pouch, bag, box, etc. with a bunch of little things as a gift. My faves from here are the Mario Badescu facial spray and lip balm, which you can buy separately or in a cute ornament set (saving $5), the Bliss Mighty Marshmallow Mask, its a travel sized jar but I've used it 4 times and still have so much left. Plus, it smells and feels amazing and will leave your skin baby soft! I'm living for these Lip Smackers throwback balms and glosses and am totally about to order them for myself. Then of course, I love my Caboodles for storing my beauty products and these mini ones are perfect for traveling (#13 fits so much!)

I tried on the kid's version of these mittens at Target and they were so soft and warm (fleece inside) just too small, so now I really want these adult ones. Mulberry & Grand has the coolest pairs of crew socks, with phrases like 'Badass Babes Club," which make a unique gift for your gal pals! Forever 21, the land of stocking stuffers, has this fuzzy sleep mask and super fun office supplies like these adorable pom pom push pins! Urban Outfitters' mini glitter frames are a great gift as well, just stick in a Polaroid picture or print/draw a little quote and create a personalized gift for someone!

Ban.do has the best collection of fun gifts, especially their Work It Out stuff - so funny! If you've never smelt Capri Blue perfumes or candles, you seriously need to change that. We sold them in a boutique I used to work at. I always loved the Volcano scent most and this one is in a pretty holiday jar! Anthropologie has these picture frames of NYC and Paris skylines and I'm so obsessed, they make the perfect gift for someone who loves one of these cities! You can also never go wrong with cozy socks or an oversized knit scarf right before winter hits us hard.

What's my fall aesthetic these days? City girl with a touch of country.

Basically, just adding these boots or my buckle belt to any outfit will do the trick.

White boots are a major trend, but if you shop around you'll also see a lot of cowboy boots and "western" styled clothing. "Cowgirl, but make it fashion."

This leather skirt from H&M is probably one of my most worn pieces this fall, I'm obsessed! There's literally so many ways to style it with graphic tees or sweaters with a front tuck. Plus, the belted waist is super cute. See similar styles from H&M down below!

Some of my main go-to pieces are these boots, this basic (and super soft) tee in black and white, and my multi-toned denim jacket - all from the Wild Fable collection at Target! The jacket is sold out now, but they always have these tees for only $5! Tip: size up! I literally got a L and XL.

These western-style buckle belts have been trending for a while now, but I had to have this white one for only $7! I love wearing it with jeans and sweaters during the fall, but styled it with the same white tee, paired with my pink Sanctuary denim jacket earlier this season.

It's Fall O' Clock Somewhere!

Getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city is always so refreshing. A couple weekends ago I got to adventure all across the state of NY. I stayed at my bestie, Rachel's place in Beacon, NY - super cute little town where all these pics were taken! We road tripped it up to Syracuse for an unforgettable night seeing Thomas Rhett & Brett Young. Then on our way back down to the Hudson Valley we stopped for a little hometown reunion in good ol' Saratoga where we surprised my little sister at college and got to see my pupper!

It was perfectly chilly upstate, making me very excited for sweater weather!
Transitioning from summer to fall fashion wise is always tricky but something I'm currently obsessed with is sweaters paired with skirts. While in Syracuse, we had some time to kill before checking into our hotel so we stopped by the local Plato's Closet and I scored this Zara star sweater for $12!

My coral corduroy skirt is from Forever 21 a couple years ago, marble sunnies are Francesca's, and my chunky black booties are borrowed from Rachel!

I normally wouldn't be this cheesy (well maybe I would be...) but when I got an invitation from Her Campus for the Kat Graham X Foster Grant sunglass collection launch, hosted at the Rosé Mansion, I said,
"Yes way rosé!"
