I wore my new Calvin Klein shirt, Adidas sneakers, and some jeans I ripped up myself.

LOOK FOR LESS: KENGI PFW

A few of my favorite things: pink, Paris & Kengi!
I'm obsessed with these outfits; the color combos, the textures, and how they made it a BFF-style.
I also love how they switched hair colors, they both look so fab!
I decided to try to find similar outfit looks for more affordable prices!
KENDALL

GIGI
& for the pink robe/cape she's wearing, I replaced it with a white sheer maxi kimono

I hope you enjoyed this little look for less post &
let me know if there are any looks you want me to find for less!

STAY-CATION IDEAS

HAPPY SPRING BREAK!
(or hopefully yours is coming soon!)
I'm so excited to be working with a bunch of other bloggers for this Spring Break Link Up!
This week is my break and besides working a few days, I have no exciting plans!
So if you're like me, here are 10 ideas for things you can do to have a fun break without traveling anywhere!

1. DIY DAY
Get creative & make things, anything!
You can DIY some old clothing, get a canvas and paint something, or do crafty DIY projects for your bedroom/dorm!

2. SLUMBER PARTY
Have a stereotypical slumber party with your sister(s) or friends!
You can go all out with the 50s theme, build a fort, and/or just do all the girly things like painting nails, makeovers, pillow fights, and of course, talking about boys!

3. COFFEE DATE
Get together with a friend from home (or multiple) and go to the cutest little cafe you can find in town! I know I love to just sit and chat over a nice brew in a relaxing & cozy place.

4. PICNIC IN THE PARK
With family or friends, take a trip to a park around you. Bring some snacks, lunch, games, and just have a fun day outdoors!

5. MOVIE / GAME NIGHT
Have a movie and game night with family or friends. Watch a favorite flick and play your favorite or most competitive games. A game night could also be fun with no technology/electricity; like the old days when the power would go out!

6. DAY DOWNTOWN
Walk around downtown, get something to eat, and go in all the little shops. Downtown locations are always great for good photo ops too!

7. GO OUT FOR ICE CREAM
Go out to a local ice cream shop, one of the cute small ones you never actually go to.
They usually have some pretty special flavors or just REALLY good ice cream!
& because...

8. GO TO THE LOCAL BEACH
Ocean or lake, if the sun's out and it's not too cold, go sit by the water, maybe have a picnic, and just take in the beautiful scenery, as cheesy as that sounds!

9. SPA / RELAXING DAY IN
Pamper yourself one day! Sleep in, take a nice shower or bath, make yourself some coffee or tea, do your nails, face mask, everything relaxing! Netflix marathon anyone?

10. BE A TOURIST IN YOUR OWN CITY
There's always places we've never been to just around the corner!
Maybe a museum, park, mall, roller rink, bowling alley, a hiking trail/waterfall, or a town close-by, go check it out!

I hope this post gave you some inspiration for your stay-cation &
make sure to go check out all the other posts in the link up!

Have a fabulous break!

SATURDAY IN SOHO

2 classes and 1 test until spring break!
It's been a pretty busy week already with all the studying and assignments due, so this post is a little bit delayed. I've also been catching up on some much needed sleep.

On Saturday I took a trip with my mom and sister to New York City and it was an exciting but tiring day!
We got off the bus in Greenwich Village and walked from there to SoHo where we waited an hour for these amazing milkshakes from Black Tap. (It's totally worth the wait but get there before they open so you don't have to wait 3-5 hours!)
While Mom held our place in line, we went around the corner to take these super cute pics at this adorable little diner!
After we gained a million calories, of course we had to shop around SoHo!
From Brandy Melville I bought a black bralette, not on the website, and these sweatpants.
I love the color of the pants and the material, its thicker than I thought and so soft. But after one day of wearing them (just chilling around my dorm room) threads started coming apart in the back of my butt, how cute! Unfortunately, I can't return them because the original tags are not attached and I purchased them in a store so I'm going to try to sew them up!
Then I had some store credit to Forever 21 so I bought two crop tops, typical Brooke!

After SoHo, we took a subway up to Times Square and of course went into more stores!
Eventually, we walked to the MoMA, where I thought we were catching the bus home....I was wrong. With a half hour before the bus leaves, I realize the bus is not picking us up at 34th, but actually at 52nd...TAXI! (Sorry Mom)

And throughout the day, we never stopped taking pictures!
I saw this bus drive by and completely freaked out and ran down the street to try to get a picture of it because I'm a crazy Full House fan!
My sister & I also filmed a little parody-video of the Fuller House theme song around the city!

Hope you enjoyed my trip recap!
